III. Description and Scope of Data Processing

1. Website Provision

Every time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the visitor’s computer system. The following data is collected:

  • Information about the browser type and version being used
  • The user’s operating system
  • The user’s Internet service provider
  • The user’s IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • Websites from which the user’s system accesses our website

We store this information for a maximum of 30 days. This data is stored for data security purposes to ensure the stability and operational reliability of our system.

We use “Plausible Analytics,” a privacy-friendly web analytics service, to analyze website usage statistics. Plausible does not use cookies and does not store any personal data; it collects only aggregated, anonymized usage data (e.g., pages visited, referral source, browser type, approximate region of origin). Individual visitors are not identified, and there is no cross-page tracking. Data processing takes place on servers within the EU; no personal data is transferred to third countries.

The legal basis for the use of Plausible Analytics is Article 6(1), first sentence, subparagraph (f) of the GDPR.

2. Cookies

We use only technically necessary cookies on our website, which are required for the operation and user-friendly design of our website. Cookies are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site. The cookies remain stored until you delete them. This allows us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.

If you do not wish to do so, you can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are set and allow them on a case-by-case basis. Please note, however, that disabling cookies will prevent you from using all the features of our website.

The legal basis for the data processed by cookies is Article 6(1), first sentence, subparagraph (f) of the GDPR.

3. Google reCAPTCHA

To protect input forms (in particular our contact form) from misuse and automated requests (spam), we use “reCAPTCHA” from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. reCAPTCHA uses various criteria (including IP address, session duration, and user behavior) to determine whether an entry is made by a human or by an automated system. In the process, data may be transferred to Google and processed in third countries, particularly the United States; this transfer is based on the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

The legal basis is Article 6(1), first sentence, subparagraph (f) of the GDPR. For more information, please see Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Contact Form

If you fill out a contact form, send us an email, or communicate with us via another electronic message, the information you provide will only be used for processing your inquiry and any follow-up questions directly related to it.

The legal basis for processing your inquiry is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.

We will delete your email address once your inquiry has been fully resolved.

File downloads (e.g., software)

We do not share the address information you are required to provide on our website to log in to the fund portal with third parties. We use this information solely for the purpose of providing information about our services.

You can delete your customer account at any time once you no longer wish to receive detailed information about our funds.
